This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, storage, protection, and deletion of user data when using the GymQor Member Mobile Application on Android and iOS, as well as our official cloud web services at https://gymqor.com and https://app.gymqor.com.
When you engage the AI Exercise Tracker or form calibration feature in GymQor:
Name, email address, mobile phone number, profile photo, date of birth, gender, and gym membership status when invited by your fitness center or upon account creation.
With your explicit consent, GymQor reads step counts, active calories, resting heart rate, sleep hours, and body metrics to compute recovery scores. We adhere strictly to the Google Health Connect Policy.
GPS coordinates are collected exclusively in foreground mode during active runs, cycling, or walks to map routes and compute pace. Location is never tracked outside active cardio workouts.
Food items, portions, and calorie/macro goals logged by you to monitor dietary goals and daily nutritional balance.
In accordance with Google Play's Health Connect Developer Policy:
All data transmitted between GymQor and our cloud database is protected using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Sensitive tokens and biometric credentials are stored inside hardware-backed secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain / Expo SecureStore).
You have the absolute right to delete your GymQor account, personal records, and all historical fitness ledgers at any time without penalty:
Upon receiving your request, all personal metrics and authentication credentials will be permanently erased from our production servers within 30 days.
GymQor is a professional fitness club enterprise system. We do not display third-party advertisements or embed tracking libraries from ad networks (such as AdMob or Unity Ads). Your attention and fitness journey remain 100% ad-free.
